How CE3 Works

When a cardholder disputes a charge, Visa now allows merchants to submit two or more prior undisputed transactions that share at least one identifying signal with the disputed transaction.

If the signals match — IP address, email, or device fingerprint — it proves the legitimate cardholder made the purchase. RecurCite automatically captures these signals via the SDK and matches them against your Stripe transaction history.
