The service
Recurcite turns your business’s website into videos. You confirm every fact before it appears.
Your account
You’re responsible for your account and what happens in it. You must have the right to represent the business you make videos for.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown on the Pricing page, in your region’s currency, before tax. Plans are paid monthly, in advance, and renew until you cancel. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid month.
Your videos
The videos you download are yours. You can use them anywhere, even after you cancel. We only show them publicly with your written permission.
What you provide
You confirm that you have the right to use the text, photos, logos and reviews you put in a video. A review appears only with the permission of the person who wrote it.
What’s not allowed
Fake reviews, fake testimonials, misleading claims, content that imitates another person or business, and anything illegal.
The voice
The voices are synthetic. They must never be presented as the voice of a real person.
Liability
We do everything we can to make every video accurate, but you confirm the facts before you post. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Quebec and Canada.
