Who we are
Recurcite is a Quebec service that turns a local business’s website into videos.

What we collect
Your website address and the content of its public pages. The facts you confirm or correct. Your name and email address.
If you pay, your billing details are handled by our payment provider. We never see your full card number.
The videos, voices and text we make for you.
Why
To make your videos, deliver them, bill you and answer you. We don’t sell your data and we don’t use it for advertising.
Where and for how long
Your data is hosted [region to be confirmed before launch]. We keep it while your account is open, then for 90 days after you close it, except what the law requires us to keep, such as invoices.
Our service providers
We use service providers for hosting, payments, messaging and voice synthesis. They process your data only for us and under our instructions. Some are located outside Quebec, including in the United States. The current list is available on request.
Cookies
We use only two cookies, to remember your language and your region. No advertising cookies, no tracking.
Your rights
You can access your information, have it corrected or deleted, get a copy of it and withdraw your consent. Write to us: we answer within 30 days.
If you’re not satisfied with our answer, you can contact the Commission d’accès à l’information du Québec or the data protection authority in your country.
Incidents
If a privacy incident creates a risk of serious harm, we notify you promptly, along with the Commission d’accès à l’information.
